
The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) has started a new chapter of relationship and cooperation with the International Center for Dispute Settlement (ICDR) in New York.
The SCCA announced the signing of a new cooperation agreement with the ICDR, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The agreement was signed by the CEO of SCCA Dr. Hamed Merah and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and its international division, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), Eric P. Tuchmann.
This agreement will intensify the efforts and activities related to the promotion of the commercial arbitration industry in Saudi Arabia, linking the achievements of SCCA with the objectives of the national transformation programs 2020 and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
