Scarlett Moffatt has ended 2021 with a positive message, sharing her promises to herself for 2022.
The TV personality, who shot to fame as one of the original cast members on Gogglebox, took to Instagram to list the resolutions she hopes to stick to in the new year ahead.
And one of her two vows was to embrace her 'boob gap' as she aims to be more body positive in the coming twelve months.
"My New Years resolutions are to spend more time at home," she began with a snap of herself with boyfriend, Scott Doby, and pet pooch in front of the Christmas tree.
"Being self-employed, I am so grateful and thank my lucky stars every day for my job. But it makes it hard to say no to work.
"So I'll do this by ensuring that I always have at least 6 days off a month."
Next, she said: "I want to embrace my body more," alongside a mirror selfie wearing a flowly, low-cut, jumpsuit.
"That includes my boob gap," she added.
Scarlett, 31, has also decided to return to a hobby from her past amid speculation she's to appear on the next series of Strictly Come Dancing.
"I'm also going to start dancing again as it's something that fills my heart with joy," she said.
The former I'm A Celebrity winner is also planning on quitting alcohol for a month as part of Dry January.
"It's been a crazy year where I've probably drank more than usual and I'm ready for a bit of a detox in January," she said.
Scarlett's final resolution was to post more content on her home Instagram account, @ourbonnieborn, which she shares with partner, Scott.
She shared the resolution alongside a snap from the decking area that had been filled with grey outdoor furniture and boasted countryside views.
Earlier this year Scarlett went for a dose of old-school Hollywood glamour as she headed to show her support for Manchester Pride.
She was pictured as she attended a Manchester Pride brunch at Peru Perdu next to the Gay Village party over the August weekend.
And her outfit was wowing fans with her glamorous puff-shouldered black dress and her hair styled in loose waves over her shoulders.
