TV favourite Scarlett Moffatt grinned as she stepped out after a period away from the limelight.
The Gogglebox star sported a huge grin as she soaked up the sun with her little sister, before taking her for a spot of afternoon tea in Durham.
Scarlett dressed for the blistering heat wave as she was snapped in a pair of hot pink flowing shorts and a baggy white t-shirt.
She threw a denim jacket over her shoulders and pulled her look together with a pair of cute pink plimpsoles.

The Saturday Night Takeaway beauty opted for a minimal makeup look with just a stroke of bronzer on each cheek to emphasise her glowing tan, and pulled her brunette tresses into a stylish high ponytail, with her sassy white sunglasses keeping it slicked out of her face.
Meanwhile, her little sister Ava-Grace cut a stylish figure in a pair of black jeans and a leopard print blouse which was buttoned up to the neck.
Scarlett has been living a more low-key lifestyle recently, shunning showbiz bashes for nights in with her "normal" boyfriend Scott Dobinson.
The pair went Instagram official back in March, and she's since gushed about how incredibly their romance is going.
During an appearance on Heart FM , she explained they met in her native North East as Scott was often on patrol near her home.
She said: "He’s really normal it’s good. I know that’s normally not a good way to describe someone, but I feel like for me, normal is a perfect description word.
“As he’s a policeman I don’t tell him certain stories. Sorry mam, I haven’t done anything illegal."
Scarlett went on to reveal she had known Scott for "years," and her mum was thrilled she'd finally settled down.

The Queen of the Jungle's love life has previously been rocky, to say the least.
Scott is Scarlett's first boyfriend since she split from "pathological liar" Lee Wilkinson this time last year, after accusing him of cheating on her.
In an angry post online, Scarlett said she always seemed to go for "lying cheats," as she was comforted by sympathetic fans.
However she gave Lee another chance following the outburst, only for the pair to split for good back in July.
