Scarlett Moffatt jets off on another holiday just days after getting back from Antigua

Life's a beach for Scarlett Moffatt!

The former Gogglebox star, 30, recently returned from a lavish getaway to the sunny island of Antigua with her boyfriend Scott Dobinson and has now landed in Spain for a break with her pals.

Scarlett has been documenting the holiday on her Instagram page and confessed that she "has just been away" but that she is once again abroad due to having the trip planned for years.

The TV personality explained how she and her fans had booked the getaway in 2019 but due to the pandemic, the holiday was postponed - until now.

Taking to her stories, Scarlett told her fans: "Hello my lovelies I’ve just got on my jolly holidays. I know I've just been away but me and my friends booked this in 2019 and it kept getting postponed and postponed but we are finally here."

She then went on to ask her fans if they were interested in seeing the wares she purchased for the holiday and promised to model her summer wardrobe, before showing footage from a beachside lunch where she dined on cheesy chips and bruschetta with her group of pals.

Scarlett recently admitted she was in tears as she posted her first bikini picture in years on social media.

She told her Instagram followers to never let their "mind bully their body" as she shared a snap of herself jumping into the crystal clear sea in Antigua.

"Don’t let your mind bully your body," she wrote to her two million Instagram followers.

"Don’t ever worry so much about your physical appearance that you let it stop you doing something you love or from having fun or from seeing friends or family or trying to find love.

"Don’t think aww I’ll do that once I look a certain way. Because YOU my friend are bloody PERFECT just as you are RIGHT NOW #perfect."

Scarlett recently shared a photo as she tried to normalise "boob gaps" and she opened up about the "horrific" trolling she experienced as a result of the honest snap.

She captioned the photo: "I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Let’s normalise boob gaps!!

"Some of the comments I’ve received are horrific, but I don’t care because after years of struggling with self-image I’m finally at a place where I want to shout from the rooftops: you are perfect just as you are!

"Let’s normalise the fact that everybody’s body is a beach body."

During her stay at the five-star Sandals Grande Antigua she shared another bikini snap after admitting it took her "many years to gain confidence" with her body.

The caption read: "This shouldn’t be a big deal but it is and I’m actually crying whilst writing this. It’s took me so many years to gain confidence with my body.

"I’ve let it down at times and missed out on holidays and nights out because I’ve not liked what I’ve seen in the mirror.

"But hey after 5 years of not daring to wear a bikini I’m actually doing it!" she added.

"So I hope this gives you the confidence to buy that dress, that bikini, not miss out just because your body doesn’t fit into a certain category (because let me tell you all these things are made up nobody is too slim, too curvy, too athletic, too many stretch marks, too much cellulite ) LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE."
