Scarlett Moffatt in Northern Ireland for 'secret project' as she stays tight-lipped on Lorraine

Scarlett Moffatt has headed to Northern Ireland for 'a secret project' with her staying tight-lipped on what she's up to as she appeared on Tuesday's Lorraine.

Former Gogglebox star and I'm A Celebrity winner Scarlett appeared on the ITV morning show to talk about mental health, having headed back to university in York, 10 years after graduating as part of Doctor Alex George's HEADucation tour.

Scarlett revisited to her old stomping ground alongside former Love Island star Alex to speak to students there about uni life and how they keep on top of their mental health.

The County Durham born star has candidly spoken about her own struggles in the past.

At a point in her life when she should be been on cloud nine and enjoying all her success after her I'm A Celebrity victory, Scarlett was left at rock bottom after receiving cruel abuse from trolls.

She sought help from Samaritans, ringing the helpline to talk to someone about what she was going through.

Speaking to Lorraine live from Northern Ireland, Scarlett said: "I felt like a failure. I felt like I didn't dare tell my friends and family that I wasn't doing great because I felt embarrassed.

"I thought if I can't be happy during this time when can I be happy? I felt like I was letting everyone down, but I can assure you, if you are feeling like that, you're not letting anyone down.

"Your happiness is all that matters."

Lorraine commented on how well and how happy Scarlett looked today, adding: "Things are going real good for you Scarlett, which is fantastic."

After thanking Scarlett for joining her, Lorraine also let slip: "I know you're working on a very secret project that you'll have to come in and tell me all about when you're allowed to."
