Scarlett Moffatt has claimed that her festive season panto is selling out fast - but thousands of tickets for the production are still unsold.
The reality TV beauty is set to star as the Fairy Godmother in Sunderland Empire’s production of Cinderella this December.
Scarlett has been busy plugging the show on Instagram all week, claiming: “It's selling out lovelies. Swipe up. Don’t miss out."
However, a closer look at the Empire's website reveals there are thousands of tickets still up for grabs, with huge availability on opening night, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and many of the in-between dates.
Even fewer tickets have been sold for some 2020 shows.
The panto runs from December 13 to January 5, and also stars Nick Jnr's Gemma Naylor as Cinderella, ITV’s Superstars finalist Jon Moses as Prince Charming, and Tom Whalley as Buttons.
Scarlett will also act alongside comedian Miss Rory as the feisty Rorina Hardup and Duncan Burt as her equally ugly sister Ruby.
Scarlett’s exaggerations about her panto came hours after she was hounded by cruel trolls online following an appearance on Great British Bake Off’s Extra Slice.
The nasty posts made digs at her weight, with the hashtag '#whoateallthepies' making the rounds on social media.
