Scarlett Moffatt and Joe Swash share bizarre theory robot pigeons are spying on UK

Are robot pigeons spying on us as part of a Government conspiracy?

Probably not – but I’m A Celebrity alumni Scarlett Moffatt and Joe Swash are convinced they are snooping on the British public, possibly using pigeons.

“I strongly believe the Government are listening to everything we say,” says Scarlett, who is adamant “somebody is listening all the time” via her mobile phone handset.

The Gogglebox star is shunning her gran’s Christmas gift of a smart speaker, fearing it is yet another tracking device keeping tabs on her.

“I daren’t plug it in,” she admits. “They must be listening all the time. The walls literally have ears.”

Fellow conspiracy theorist Joe agrees: “They’re tricking us into buying this technology that’s making our lives easier, but with the sub-premise of gathering information on us.”

Scarlett, speaking on her podcast dedicated to such theories, has been reading into claims pigeons have been replaced by drones to spy on cities.

“It isn’t that far fetched,” she insists. “They’re very incognito, they’re everywhere, they’re in major cities. You’d never suspect a pigeon.”

But Scarlett has spotted a flaw in the Government’s plans. “We talk utter sh**e. There would be no reason for us to be bugged.”

A valid observation.

It comes after the reality star claimed the Great Pyramid of Giza was built by time travellers.

She is convinced "time travel is real" and explained "the pyramids prove it," adding that the speed of light has "exactly the same" co-ordinates for the Great Pyramid of Giza.

"Basically Einstein and Stephen Hawking said if you could travel at the speed of light you could travel back in time," former I'm A Celebrity star Scarlett said.

"Because humans could not measure the speed of light back then to that precision, I reckon people from the future have travelled back in time to build the pyramid."

Scarlett further expanded on her theory, by stating hieroglyphics are "emojis from the future".

"There's a little helicopter hieroglyph, there's one that looks like UFOs, there's one that looks like a light bulb," she announced.
