Lions captain Alun Wyn Jones starts for the Ospreys when they face arch-rivals the Scarlets in the Rainbow Cup derby in Llanelli on Saturday (7.35pm).
He is joined by fellow tourist Justin Tipuric.
The Scarlets name just one of their 2021 Lions in the shape of Ken Owens, who captains the side, with Liam Williams, Gareth Davies and Wyn Jones sitting the match out.
The hosts are chasing a season’s double in the fixture after beating their neighbours 16-14 on Boxing Day, with that match taking place at Parc y Scarlets as well because Swansea City were relaying the Liberty Stadium pitch.
Glenn Delaney’s team head into the fixture hoping to halt some patchy recent form, with 109 points being put past them over their last two matches. Before that they had beaten Connacht but leaked 36 points in the process.
The Scarlets will hope Owens’ return — he missed the 52-32 loss to the Dragons — will stoke the forward fires, while Leigh Halfpenny comes back at No. 15.
There's another outing for Jonathan Davies, who'll want to end a difficult week on the right note after being passed over for the Lions squad. Form has proven elusive for the Wales centre this season but he'll believe class is permanent and he'll be keen to send out a clear message that he still has plenty to offer.
A knee injury suffered against the Dragons means Steff Hughes is likely to miss the remainder of the campaign.
The Ospreys will be pleased to see Jones back.
He will feature barely 48 hours after being handed the Lions armband for the tour to South Africa this summer. Knowing no other way, the old warhorse will play at 100 percent, with the same going for Tipuric and Owens, with the trio cut from the same cloth.
The Ospreys use Ethan Roots at No. 8 and welcome back Gareth Thomas to the starting line-up after a prolonged absence through injury.
Cai Evans figures on the right wing, with Luke Morgan set to make his 50th Ospreys appearance off the bench.
