Scarlets coach Wayne Pivac has lamented arguably his team's worst performance during his reign in the Welsh derby defeat against Cardiff Blues.
Pivac, who will succeed Warren Gatland as Wales coach following the Rugby World Cup, could scarcely believe what he was seeing as his side found themselves 38-0 down at half-time, eventually losing 41-17.

“It was probably the most disappointing 40 minutes of the near-on five years I have been here,” he said.
“Everything we talked about bringing to this game, we didn’t do in the first half.
“We talked about bringing physicality, playing with tempo and having a disciplined performance.
“We were well behind in the penalty count in the first half which gave them a lot of inroads and they punished us.
“Individuals fell off tackles, which at this level against quality teams, you are going to concede points.
“In the second half we performed the way we wanted to from the first whistle, but the game was over by half-time.”
Wales Grand Slam star left in agony after awful injury
Wales Grand Slam prop Rob Evans, who scored two tries after coming on as a half-time sub, left the field in the closing minutes with an arm problem.
Giving an update on his condition, Pivac said: “It was something with an elbow.
“He was okay in the changing room afterwards. He has just lost a bit power in it. I’m not quite sure what that is.”
