Arsenal fans on social media are renowned for their ability to club together to get behind a campaign and the latest one expresses sheer bafflement around a decision made by FIFA.
The world's governing body announced their 55-man shortlist for the 2019 Men's XI this morning, featuring some of the greatest names from across the sport - although there were a few baffling inclusions.
Not only that, a number of significant names were excluded from the list and among those was Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, despite his superb run of goalscoring form last season.
The Gabonese forward finished as joint top-scorer in the Premier League alongside Liverpool pair Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, both of whom earned a nomination, and Aubameyang struck a total of 31 goals across all competitions last term.
Therefore, the decision not to name Aubameyang on the shortlist irked a fair few supporters - especially with the likes of Karim Benzema and Antoine Griezmann, both of whom were outscored by the Arsenal man, earned a mention.
