'Scandalous', 'a joke' - Spurs fans react to Danny Rose's future and Spurs' transfer policy

Tottenham fans have been reacting to Danny Rose's latest comments on his future.

The Spurs full-back has finished the season in positive form, but has been heavily linked with a move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in recent months.

The 28-year-old has been on international duty with England, helping Gareth Southgate's men to finish in third place in the Nations League finals over the weekend.

Following the victory on penalties in the third place playoff against Switzerland the left back admitted that his future may lie away from the club he has been at for 11 seasons.

"If I am [at Spurs next season], great. If not, great," he told Sky Sports.

"It’s no secret I’ve been linked with a move in the media, and it’s the club’s policy to move players on when they reach a certain age.”

The 28-year-old has previously made his desire to return back to the North of England one day clear, and links with Manchester United, Manchester City and Everton will mean that he will move closer to home.

However, the player's end of season form has caught the eye of many Spurs fans who are hoping that Mauricio Pochettino will fight to keep hold of the England international.

Following Rose's comments, Tottenham fans have been giving their thoughts on the left-back's future and the transfer policy that may see him leave the club sooner rather than later

There was however one fan who had a slightly different view to the majority.
