This new aerial photograph shows the changing landscape of Dumbarton Harbour as it undergoes a £15million revamp.
Some 200 new homes are in the process of being developed and a brand new Lidl supermarket is also being built and scheduled to open in the new year.
An ambitious walkway project leading from the castle to the town centre is also making great strides, as you can see from this image provided to us by Craig Jump from Turkey Red Media. The Cullross housing development will open up access to the waterfront for the first time in 150 years.
New riverside apartments are also set to be built as part of the ongoing rejuvenation of the town centre site.
Turnberry Homes recently got the go ahead for 99 new homes as part of the development spanning the former Allied Distillers site. It will see the building of 16 two-storey houses, as well as five-storey blocks of flats providing a total of 83 apartments.
