Savage Dublin teen gang of 14 'stamp, jump on and kick' boy near shopping centre while cowards film it on phones

A distraught Dublin dad has vowed not to stop until he gets the names of every single young person who savagely bet his young boy in an unprovoked and horrific attack.

The teen gang - who is understood to have as many as 14 members - "stamped and jumped on and booted and kicked" his son near the Citywest shopping centre.

The cowardly group also filmed the shocking assault on their phones which could hold the key in identifying the culprits behind the beating.

His son, who is 14-years-old, was rushed to Crumlin Children's Hospital where he spent four days after receiving a broken leg and internal bleeding around his knee and eye.

His dad told Dublin Live that he hopes his son can recover from the attack both "mentally and physically".

He said: "I'm looking for information on the 13 to 14 young lads that jumped my 14-year-old boy while he was with two girls near Citywest shopping centre.

"They recorded it as they kicked and stamped all over him. If anyone has names, addresses or the video, please message me. Your name will be kept out of it.

"He was rushed to Crumlin Children’s Hospital where he had multiple scans. He is on the mend now but he spent four days in hospital with a broken leg and internal bleeding around his knee and eye."

The father said his son could have been dead if he wasn't for a member of the public who intervened.

He continued: "He had marks all over. A passerby stopped it. They were stamping, booting and jumping on him.

"They were recording and shouting 'look at the camera'."

And he has issued a warning to the group adding: "Please god he will be okay both mentally and physically but one thing is for certain, I’ll get each and every name."
