A round of vital Saudi-US talks in Riyadh discussed cooperation and joint coordination in defense and military affairs with an emphasis on combating terrorism.
Saudi Arabia’s Chief of General Staff Gen. Fayyad Al-Ruwaili received Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt.-Gen. Mark Milley on Wednesday at the King Salman Air Base.
During the reception, they discussed joint cooperation and coordination between the two countries, especially in defense and military affairs, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The discussions also focused on addressing different forms of terrorism to ensure the security and stability of the region.
