The Shield of Prevention 2 joint drill between Saudi Arabia and the United States concluded on Wednesday at the Prince Sultan Air Base, reported the Saudi Press Agency.

Chief of the Armed Forces Operations Major General Mohammed bin Abdulkhaliq Al-Ghamdi praised the participation of the US forces, hailing all participants for their efforts and excellence in conducting this exercise and achieving its desired goals.
The Shield of Prevention 2 drill is part of the Defense Ministry efforts to train all military units within the annual plan.
The plan aims to strengthen cooperation and relations with friendly forces and to achieve cooperation and integration at the national level with the participants from other government sectors.
