Saudi Students, Experts Participate in World Skills Competition in Russia

The World Skills Competition will be held Thursday in Kazan, Russia, with the participation of Saudi students and experts.

75 countries around the world will participate to showcase their creative skills in aircraft maintenance and welding skills. The Competition will continue for five days, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Dr. Fahad bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri, CEO of Colleges of Excellence, the supervising authority of international technical colleges and strategic partnership institutes in Saudi Arabia, said that this international competition is held every two years between participating countries.

Participants compete for 56 skills in industrial and service professions with the highest international standards to market technical and vocational training and to educate community members about the impact that training can have on the public and personal level.
