Saudi Security Forces Take Part in Joint GCC Drill

Saudi security forces are taking part in the second joint drill for the security apparatuses of GCC member states that is scheduled to take place in the United Arab Emirates under the slogan "Arab Gulf Security 2,” the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The event was designed to enhance coordination, effectiveness and the exchange of experience among security sectors of the GCC countries to face joint challenges and sources of threat, SPA said Friday.

The drill, which comes as part of the implementation of decisions made by GCC interior ministers, is set to go through February 20, the news agency added.
