Saudi: More than 161,000 Have Recovered from COVID-19

Saudi Arabia announced 3,183 new coronavirus cases on Thursday, increasing the tally in the Kingdom to 223,327.

Over ten percent of new cases were recorded in Riyadh with the capital reporting 364 new cases. Dammam recorded 247 new infections, Jeddah 246, Hufof 196 and Taif 181.

The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 161,096 after 3,046 more patients recovered from the COVID-19 disease, Health Ministry spokesman Dr. Mohammed Abdelali said.

He also said that 41 people died in the past 24 hours.
