Saudi Minister of Culture Meets Number of Writers, Intellectuals

Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Farhan

Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Farhan, the Minister of Culture, met Wednesday in Riyadh with a number of writers and intellectuals from all the cities of the Kingdom.

During the meeting, he addressed the most important issues in the cultural field and the challenges faced by intellectuals in the Kingdom.

Also, the Saudi Cultural Mission in Sudan, in cooperation with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for the Arabic Language, celebrated the World Arabic Language Day, in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Ali bin Hassan Jaafar and a number of specialists in the Arabic language.

The Saudi Cultural Attaché in Sudan Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Harkan stressed the wise leadership's keenness on preserving and working on spreading the Arabic language.
