Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued royal decrees on Tuesday ordering the continuation of allowances covering cost of living, which is 1,000 riyals monthly to citizens of civil and military employees.
The royal order included also the continuation of payment of the cost of living allowance of pension allocated to the beneficiaries of citizens by the Public Pension Agency and the General Organization for Social Insurance by 500 Riyals.
It further included the continuation of payment of the monthly cost of living allowance allocated to the beneficiaries of social security by 500 Riyals and the continuation of the increase of the reward paid to male and female students of citizens by (10%).
Payment shall be for all for one fiscal year until the completion of the study of the social protection system.
