Saudi King Receives Libyan Prime Minister in Makkah

Saudi King Salman receives in Makkah Libyan PM Fayez al-Sarraj. (SPA)

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz received in the holy city of Makkah on Tuesday Prime Minister of the Libyan National Accord Government Fayez al-Sarraj, reported the Saudi Press Agency.

Meeting at the Safa palace, an iftar (break-fast) banquet was thrown in Sarraj’s honor.

The meeting was attended by Prince Khalid bin Fahd bin Khalid; Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Prince Mansour bin Saud bin Abdulaziz; Prince Talal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz and a number of officials.

Sarraj was in Makkah to perform the Umrah rituals.

King Salman had arrived in Makkah on Monday to spend the last ten days of the holy fasting month of Ramadan there.
