Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz received in Jeddah on Monday Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
Discussions at the Al-Salam Palace tackled aspects of cooperation in service of Islam and Muslims and underlined the importance of bolstering the moderate teachings of Islam.
Pashazade also relayed to King Salman the greetings of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Assaf and numerous officials from the Kingdom and Azerbaijan.
