
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, performed the Eid al-Fitr prayer at the Grand Holy Mosque in Makkah on Tuesday morning.
Upon his arrival at the Royal Court at Al-Safa Palace, he was received by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region; Prince Abdulilah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; and a number of princes, ministers and senior officials.
After the prayer, the King received at the Royal Court Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri, and a number of princes, scholars, sheikhs and senior civil and military officials who came to congratulate the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on the Eid.
He then left Makkah after spending the last ten days of the holy month of Ramadan in the vicinity of the Grand Holy Mosque.
The King arrived in Jeddah later Tuesday.
