
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, received on Wednesday South Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs Kang Kyung-wha, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
According to the state-run agency, the King and the South Korean official reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, the developments in the region and the efforts exerted in that regard.
They also discussed work of the Saudi-Korean committee, including initiatives in various sectors such as industry, technology, health, training, and infrastructure, with a focus on knowledge transfer and human capital development and research and development system, SPA said.
The audience was attended by Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Minister of State, Cabinet's Member and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of Economy and Planning Mohammed bin Mazyad Al-Tuwaijri, the South Korean Ambassador to Riyadh Jo Byung-Wook; and a number of officials, SPA added.
