
Restatex Cityscape Riyadh will be launched next Sunday by Minister of Housing Majed al-Huqail in Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centers. The four-day exhibition, the biggest of its kind, brings updates and developments of Saudi real-estate sector as well as approaches, investments and new firms added to the map.
A statement issued by organizers of Restatex Cityscape Riyadh revealed that the launching will take place in the presence of consultants from the ministry of housing, authorities, participating government bodies, head and members of board of directors of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry among others.
Hussain Farraj, co-organizer of Restatex Cityscape Riyadh, said that this year’s edition will be a surprise that affirms the significance and enormity of real estate and housing investment sector in the kingdom, despite what the market is witnessing from new programs and regulations among the ministry of housing, developers, investors and financiers.
Farraj added that the exhibition encompasses the greatest housing and real-estate development companies, along with banks and funding firms in addition to pioneering real-estate companies from the Gulf.
