Saudi Health Ministry: 2,504 New COVID-19 Cases

The Saudi Ministry of Health announced on Sunday 2,504 new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the Kingdom to 250,920 cases.

Of the new cases, 178 were recorded in Riyadh, 177 in Jeddah, 163 in Hufof and 144 in Makkah, it said.

The Ministry added that there were 29 new deaths from the COVID-19 disease, putting the tally of fatalities in Saudi Arabia at 2,486.

However, as many as 3,517 patients have recovered, which brought the total number of recoveries to 197,735.
