
Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Finance announced closing the August 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The issuance size was set at SAR 2,261 billion.
The Ministry explained that the issuances were divided into three segments.
The first tranche has a size of SAR 1,415 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 4,183 billion, matures in 2024. The second tranche has a size of SAR 258 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 2,628 billion, matures in 2028.
Meanwhile, the third tranche has a size of SAR 588 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 9,109 billion, matures in 2034.
