The Saudi-Egyptian Digital Economy Forum kicks off in Cairo. (SPA)

The Saudi-Egyptian Digital Economy Forum kicked off in Cairo on Monday, reported the Saudi Press Agency.

Organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Egyptian Information Technology Authority, the forum aims to promote technical cooperation and expanding economic opportunities.

It will also shed light on investment to best serve joint development goals in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Over 100 firms are taking part in the forum.
