Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir met with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders and Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Gawish Oglu, on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of the global coalition against ISIS at NATO’s headquarters in Brussels on Thursday.
During the meetings, issues of common interest and ways to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation were discussed.
The meeting was held as part of ongoing international efforts and coordination against terrorism, and to follow up on the coalition’s strategy to combat ISIS.
Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir met Friday EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
They discussed EU-Saudi relations and reviewed “international and regional issues of common concern.”
The meetings were attended by the kingdom permanent representative to the EU Saad bin Mohammed Al-Arif.
