Saudi Deputy Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman held talks in Tampa on Monday with US Central Command chief Commander General Michael Kurilla.
"We discussed our joint defense coordination, addressing regional challenges, and stressed the need to work together on preserving regional and global stability," tweeted Prince Khalid.
They also tackled the historic bilateral relations that bind Saudi Arabia and the US and ways to bolster them further.
Prince Khalid was received by senior American military officials as he visited the CENTCOM headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
