Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense has sent a cable of condolences to Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah on the death of Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
SPA said that the Crown Prince also congratulated the Emir on assuming power.
“Arab and Islamic nations lost a leader who spent his life defending the causes of his people and his nation. He left a great mark and an example in wisdom, love and peace, and history will remember his great deeds,” the Crown Prince said in his cable.
In congratulating Sheikh Nawaf on assuming power, the Saudi Crown Prince wished him success, and hoped Kuwait would enjoy further progress and prosperity under his leadership.
