The Saudi cranes grant arrived this afternoon in Aden and Mukalla ports, which is being funded by the Saudi Fund for Development, through Yemen Comprehensive Humanitarian Operation Support Center, SPA reported.

This grant comes as part of the comprehensive humanitarian operations plan in Yemen, which supports the United Nations Humanitarian Response Plan in Yemen 2018.

Two cranes will be installed in Aden Port and one in Mukalla Port, according to SPA.

Executive Director of Yemen Comprehensive Humanitarian Operation Support Center Ambassador Mohammed Al Jaber said that this grant is an extension of previous efforts to increase the capacity of Yemeni ports, which is a primary objective of the comprehensive humanitarian operations in Yemen to increase relief and trade imports to Yemen.
