Saudi Minister of Commerce and Investment Dr. Majid bin Abdullah al-Qasabi inaugurated Thursday the ministry’s customer service center in Jeddah, in the presence of a number of ministry officials.
This step comes as part of the ongoing development of services provided to the business sector.
The center will provide the same services as the ministry of commerce does to its clients - commercial register services, firms services, trademarks, brands, and permits for gemstones.
The new and developed business environment relies on recent techniques that facilitate procedures and save time.
A zone has been designated for self-service, in addition to tracking each service. There is also a specialized team to respond to customer inquiries.
As part of empowering women, an independent center for businesswomen has been equipped.
The ministry affirmed providing the best of services in the commerce and investment sectors in meeting the guidelines of the wise leadership and contributing to Saudi Vision 2030.
