Saudi Arabia Urges its Citizens in Washington to Avoid Protests

Saudi Arabia urged on Friday its citizens in Washington DC to avoid protest sites.

The Saudi embassy in the United States said that citizens should avoid protests and gatherings at the current time unless absolutely necessary.

The embassy will be closed from January 18 to 20 and resume operations on January 21, it added.
