Saudi Arabia Strongly Condemns Tearing of Holy Quran in Netherlands

The Saudi Foreign Ministry expressed on Tuesday the Kingdom’s strong condemnation of the tearing a copy of the Holy Quran by a Dutch extremist in The Hague, Netherlands.

The ministry said such disgraceful acts provoke the feelings of Muslims around the world.

The ministry reiterated the Kingdom's firm position on the importance of spreading the values of dialogue, tolerance and coexistence, and rejecting hatred and extremism.
