
Saudi Arabia announced on Tuesday that 81 percent of people infected with the novel coronavirus in the Kingdom have recovered.
In a daily press briefing on the outbreak, the Health Ministry said recoveries have climbed to 207,259 after 4,000 more people were declared virus-free.
It registered 2,476 new infections, raising the total to 255,825.
Thirty-four more fatalities were reported, taking the death toll to 2,557.
