Saudi Arabia reported on Saturday 2,201 new coronavirus infections, raising its total to 264,973.
In a daily briefing on the outbreak, the Health Ministry said 2,051 more people recovered from the disease, taking the tally to 217,782.
Thirty-one more fatalities were registered.
The death toll now stands at 2,703.
