Saudi Arabia recorded 1,090 new coronavirus cases and 14 deaths over the last 24 hours, the Health Ministry reported on Thursday.
Most cases were recorded in Riyadh and Mekkah.
The ministry said there were 9,785 active COVID-19 cases in the Kingdom, 1,333 of which are critical.
There were also 982 recoveries in the last 24 hours, it added.
Thursday’s numbers brought the death toll from complications caused by the COVID-19 disease to 7,032 and total cases to 423,406.
