The Saudi Foreign Ministry welcomed on Saturday a decision by Lithuania to designate Lebanon’s Hezbollah as a terrorist organization.
The Ministry lauded the move, which it said reflects the international community’s awareness of the danger posed by Hezbollah on regional and international security and stability.
On Thursday, Lithuania blacklisted Hezbollah and issued a 10-year ban on all individuals related to the Iran-backed group from entering the Baltic nation’s territory.
