Saudi Arabia strongly condemned on Saturday the terrorist attack in Egypt’s al-Arish city, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
An official source at the Foreign Ministry underlined the Kingdom’s solidarity with and support to Egypt in confronting terrorism and extremism.
It offered Riyadh’s condolences to the families of the victims and the government and people of Egypt.
Several Egyptian policemen were killed in Saturday’s attack at a checkpoint in Arish. Four terrorists were also killed.
