The Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority and British Department for International Trade signed on Friday an agreement on a trade and investment cooperation program to bolster ties between Saudi Arabia and the UK.
The agreement was signed by authority governor Ibrahim al-Omar and department representative Antonia Romeo.
The program calls for information exchange to offer mutual support for Saudi and British companies in a manner that bolsters investment in both countries, improves their economic growth and support direct foreign investment.
The program calls for participants to exert more efforts to bolster trade and industrial partnerships between Saudi and British governments and provide trade and investment information for both sides.
