Saudi Arabia, Bahrain Discuss Virus as Kuwait, Oman Report More Recoveries

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received on Saturday a telephone call from his Bahraini counterpart Dr. Abdullatif al-Zayani, reported the Saudi Press Agency.

They discussed bilateral relations, regional and international developments and the efforts exerted to combat the novel coronavirus pandemic.

In Kuwait, Health Minister Sheikh Dr. Bassel Al-Sabah said 10 patients recovered from the virus, taking the total to 133.

The country has reported 993 cases and one casualty.

In Oman, authorities registered 62 new cases, taking the sultanate’s count to 546. It has reported 109 recoveries and three deaths.
