
Saudi Arabia announced on Sunday 601 new coronavirus cases, increasing the Kingdom’s tally to 325,651.
Of the new cases, 53 were recorded in Jeddah, 44 in Hufof, 44 in Makkah, 40 in Riyadh, 31 in Dammam and 30 in Madinah, the Health Ministry said.
It said that 302,870 people have so far recovered from the COVID-19 disease.
The ministry also announced that 28 more patients died from complications caused by the disease, increasing the Kingdom’s death toll to 4,268.
