Saudi Arabia Announces 2,238 New Virus Cases

The Saudi Health Ministry announced on Thursday 34 more deaths from the COVID-19 disease and 2,238 new confirmed cases.

Of the new cases, 147 were recorded in Hufof, 143 in Riyadh, 119 in Makkah and 99 in Dammam, said the Ministry.

The new cases brought the coronavirus tally in the Kingdom to 260,394, while the number of deaths reached 2,635.

The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 213,490 after 3,092 more patients recovered from the virus, the Ministry added.
