Saudi Arabia has authorized citizens married to foreigners to travel through border points, a measure meant to facilitate their movements while international air travel is suspended because of the pandemic, reported the Saudi Press Agency on Wednesday.
If a Saudi citizen is unable to provide documents that prove his wife’s presence abroad, making it impossible for her to travel to Saudi Arabia, he will have the option to apply for a travel permit through Absher app, explained the General Directorate of Passports.
