The Saudi Health Ministry announced on Thursday 833 new coronavirus cases.
Of the new cases, 82 were recorded in Makkah, 74 in Madinah, 48 in Dammam, 37 in Riyadh and 31 in Jeddah, the Ministry said.
The new cases brought the Kingdom’s total to 318,319.
The total number of recoveries in Saudi Arabia increased to 293,964 after 1,454 more patients recovered from the COVID-19 disease, said the Ministry.
It added that a total of 3,982 people have died from the disease after 26 new deaths were registered.
