
Lebanese President Michel Aoun received the credentials of Saudi Ambassador Walid bin Abdullah Bukhari in Beirut on Wednesday.
Bukhari had been the charge d’affaires of the Saudi Embassy in Lebanon since March 12.
He took his oath in November before Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz in preparation to take up his post.
Also Wednesday, Aoun received the credentials of five other ambassadors to Lebanon, including those of Australia, Rebekah Esther Grindlay, Cuba, Alexander Pellicer Moraga, the Republic of Korea, Young-Dae Kwon, Uruguay, Luis Ricardo Naria Fagundez, and the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Atabekyan.
