Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held telephone talks on Monday with his Algerian counterpart Ramtane Lamamra.
Prince Faisal congratulated the official on his appointment to his post, saying he was looking forward to working with him to bolster bilateral relations between their countries.
They also discussed efforts to boost these ties to serve the interests of their people.
Prince Faisal and Lamamra also reviewed the latest regional and international developments.
