The Saturdays star Una Healy spoke out about her relationship with ex husband Ben Foden, with whom she shares two young children, after he was unfaithful.
Ben, who is father to Aiofe, eight, and Tadhg, six, admitted he cheated on Una during their marriage and has apologised.
Una divorced Ben in 2018 and he has since married Jackie Belanoff Smith two weeks after they started dating, and welcomed baby daughter Farrah Abra Foden last May, and they reside in the US.
During her show on Tuesday, Lorraine interviewed Una and said: "Your ex husband is now with someone else, he's had a kid, but you share two children together, so you're always going to have that relationship.
"And I have to say, I congratulate you for making sure that's worked for them, because the children are the most important things."

Una, 39, replied: "They absolutely are, they are my world, Aoife and Tadhg.
"They're still so young as well, so it's very important to preserve the best relationship as possible with their dad, although he does live very far away and he has a new wife and a child.
"I always try and nurture that relationship that they have, they communicate, and they were just on FaceTime yesterday.
"He sees them when he can, but I will always try and protect that relationship as best as possible.

"And because I’m in the public eye, I get asked about him, I would never bad-mouth him or say anything bad because I just don’t think that’s fair on the kids.
"That's just personally how I feel on the whole thing."
Una also told the hilarious story of a recent date she went on that went horribly wrong as the man got into an accident on the way.
"I'm finished with dating apps, that's all I haver to say," she laughed.

"We were chatting for weeks in the first lockdown, got on like a house on fire, we had a Skype dinner date.
"On my way in to finally meet him when lockdown was lifted, I was going in on the train and I got a text saying, 'I've just been knocked down, hit by a van'.
"He was on one of those little bikes that you can hire, and I thought, I hope he is okay, so I waited and then he turns up and his head is all over the place.

"'I think I am concussed, maybe I am concussed' - so we went to the hospital and I was really unsure about the whole thing, I thought this is just bizarre, I thought, was he really knocked down or just saying this because he's nervous?"
Una revealed she called her mum, who warned her to leave - but her date then emerged from the hospital and they continued with their meeting, but did not hit it off.
She added: "That's the danger of online dating. Building this date up in your head but it could be a let down."
