Saturday Night Takeaway fans were treated to a return of sorts, as Ant and Dec introduced some old favourites.
During the Win the Ads segment, the hosts revealed Little Ant and Dec were on hand to help.
While this was true, it wasn't the mini versions of the hosts fans might have believed them to be talking about.
Instead, it seems Little Ant and Little Dec have had a virtual makeover with computerised tiny versions of the presenters soon appearing.
The digital versions of the pair helped select the chosen viewer for Win the Ads game, and viewers were loving their cameo.
Some fans even wanted a game to be released so they could play with the digital characters, while others confessed they missed the former Little Ant and Dec.
Taking to Twitter, one thrilled fan wrote: "OMG!!! Love the little digital Ant and Dec. Could be a new game?"
Another agreed: "Would love to play da Ant & Dec video game."
A third tweeted: "Game Ant and Dec are adorable."
Meanwhile, others questioned where the former Little Ant and Dec were now, calling for them to return.
One fan said: "I miss little Ant & Dec!!"
A second wrote: "Where’s little Ant & Dec at?"
This was echoed by another viewer who commented: "Who misses little Ant and Dec ??"
The show was a big hit with its return episode on Saturday night, with fans happy to have it back after so long.
